Who doesn't love a good roast beef! If you cook it properly it's pure bliss. Full of flavour, aroma, and a fantastic texture. One of our favorite ways of cooking up sirloin roasts is to top them with a generous crust of herbs and spices and bake at a fairly low temperature until the interior becomes perfectly pink and juicy.

Not only is the sirloin roast delish when it comes fresh out of the oven, but it’s also amazing when eaten cold the next day, and the day after that! There are so many dishes you can whip up in a flash with leftover roast beef. It's definitely one of our favorite things to have in the fridge.
