The term Delmonico steak can mean a lot of things. Honestly, not many people agree on exactly what steak it correctly refers to. In fact, one of the only things people seem to agree on is that it was named after Delmonico's. An old New York steakhouse where it's said to have originated in the 1840's. Our Delmonico is cut from the rib area. Right smack next to the beloved ribeye steaks. You'll find this boneless beauty to be nice and tender and packed with flavour. It looks a bit different than the highly recognized ribeye, but honestly gives it a run for it's money. You've got to give this tasty beauty a try!
