If you are looking to stock up for the season and save- a quarter beef is a smart & savvy option! We have 4 quarters currently available and ready for delivery! These are from a 824 lb beef. We sell our bulk beef by the hanging weight. (Hanging weight is the weight of the beef carcass prior to processing.) Which means, once the bones are removed and the beef is cut and wrapped you will receive 115-130 pounds of our premium Sask beef. Our beef is harvested at 18-20 months and dry aged for 20 days. It's been processed locally and has been cut and sealed up with butcher paper. (A quarter will easily fit into a 7 cubic ft chest freezer)

We've coordinated with our butcher to provide you two amazing Quarter Beef Options you won't find curated elsewhere. These both include some rare gems. Steaks you won't encounter in the grocery stores, and some fantastic roast cuts as well! The difference between these two options is Option 1 includes a full 12.5 lb Packer Brisket while Option 2 includes a whole Petite Tender, a Tri-Tip & Picanha Roast, & some beefy back ribs!
