Ahh the shoulder roast. One of our favourite pork cuts to play around with! It's a super versatile (and really economical) cut that becomes absolutely delicious when roasting, braising, stewing, or slow cooking. It typically has more fat than a pork loin, meaning it's great for that slow cook. Low, moist heat turns this meat into pure pork perfection. It will give you succulent, fall away from the bone....melt in your mouth meals. We LOVE making it into pulled pork sliders! Top it with some garlicky pickles and a hot mustard and you'll realize you're in pork heaven.
