Bison is honestly one of the most delicious red meats you'll sink your teeth into. It has less fat than a beef ribeye, but that means you have a leaner & healthier piece of meat to grill up. Perfect for keto or paleo-based diets. These bison ribeyes are absolutely packed full of flavour and tenderness!

Grill them for about 7 minutes per side or until the internal temp is 120F (medium-rare) or 130F (medium). You'll want to keep a close eye on bison steaks since they have less fat than beef and will cook faster for you! When done, pull off the grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain.
